What this is today

The listings are samples. Real accounts can browse, save, follow and ask questions, but buying is closed. The demo lets you try a purchase or a sale in a private sandbox; its card step runs in Stripe test mode, so nothing is charged and nothing is paid out.

Your account and what you post

• You are responsible for your account and for what you upload or post.
• Creators confirm they made the work, or have the right to license it, and that the models and tools they declare are the ones they used.
• Listings are reviewed by a person before they go live. Gallery posts from real accounts are held for review before they appear. We may hide or remove anything that breaks these terms or the law.

Licenses

Every purchase is covered by the license tier shown on the work page (Use or Build) and is non-exclusive. Your copy carries your order's marks: a copy ID inside the files and a signed license. Do not resell or redistribute it. If a copy leaks, Leak trace finds the license it came from.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund policy, which you accept at checkout. Some listings carry a Satisfaction guarantee with wider limits; the work page says which.

Ask Kessance and the agent API

Ask Kessance is an AI assistant and can be wrong, so check the listing before you rely on an answer. Agents can search the catalog without a key. An agent can only ask for a purchase; a person approves it, and nothing is bought automatically.
