Refund policy

Applies to every purchase on Kessance. In the early preview purchases are tests, so there is nothing real to refund yet.
When you get a refund
- Not downloaded or opened within 7 days: Automatic refund.
- Content missing versus the manifest: Refund.
- A defect we reproduce in a clean environment with the exact copy you received: Fix, partial or full refund.
- Malware or third-party IP confirmed by us: Refund, no time limit.
- Listings with the Satisfaction guarantee: any reason, Use license, within 7 days, once per creator: Refund. Build licenses are not covered.
Not eligible for cash refunds
- Changed your mind (unless the listing has the Satisfaction guarantee)
- Expectations
- Perceived quality
- Bought by mistake after download
- Lack of skills
In these cases the creator may offer a fix, and we may offer store credit. Store credit can't be withdrawn as cash.
What a refund does
A refund ends the license and revokes access to the work.
To open a claim, go to Dashboard → Purchases and choose the order.
